Pick a Time That Suits You
Browse available times and confirm your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email and MBS(Medicare Benefits Schedule) approval once your appointment is locked in.
Get Your Video Link
Shortly before you appointment, your nurse or doctor will send a secure video link via SMS or email – no extra logins or downloads required.
Join Your Appointment
At your booked time, simply click the link and speak to your healthcare professional from wherever you are
