  • The Wellness team (as part of DBG Health) collecting and using my personal information for the purpose of delivering clinical and administrative medical services with health care professionals, without which we couldn’t do so. I agree that that my personal information may be disclosed to third parties engaged by DBG Health to support in providing such services, including Health Engine, Helix and Dynamics 365. I understand that DBG Health’s Privacy Policy further explains how DBG Health collects, uses and discloses personal information and how I can access, correct or complain about the handling of my personal information.
  • All consultations are conducted by qualified healthcare practitioners.
    Treatment recommendations, including prescriptions, are provided only where clinically appropriate following assessment.

Important notice about Wellness Here For Life telehealth services

The Wellness Here For Life telehealth booking platform will be closing from 1st September 2026. After this date, telehealth appointments will no longer be available to book through this platform.

You may choose your own healthcare provider for any ongoing care, including your usual GP or another telehealth service.

If you would like to book a telehealth appointment through Medmate, you may select the booking option on this website. Medmate is a separate telehealth service operated within the same corporate group. Use of Medmate is optional and is not a transfer of your care unless you decide to proceed with a Medmate booking.
